We operate as a transparent marketplace where users can efficiently search for providers. Each provider’s profile not only showcases their services but also displays their costs upfront, allowing users to make informed decisions quickly and conveniently. Our unique search process is streamlined to deliver results in minutes, not days, enhancing user experience significantly.
Additionally, our platform integrates the signing of provider service agreements directly into the booking flow, ensuring transparency and trust from the outset. We also offer free support coordinator accounts, which empower coordinators to manage multiple participants and services effortlessly, further simplifying the process for all involved.
Integration works with Google and Microsoft Calendars. Automatically sync your Outlook or Gmail calendar to align all appointments and availability directly with your business schedule. This two-way integration ensures that any appointments booked on our end will appear in your calendar and any changes you make in your calendar will reflect on our platform.
Linking with Other Patient Management Software: If your business uses another patient management system (CRM), enable two-way integration using the same email associated with your Connector Co account. Connector Co then syncs with this email account’s calendar. This setup ensures seamless synchronisation where appointments booked on our platform will update in your CRM and vice versa.
Handling One-Way Integration CRMs: For CRMs that support only one-way integration, it’s crucial to still enable this connection with your Gmail or Outlook calendar. This way, our platform can access your calendar, scheduling only during free times. If a booking is made on our platform, you will receive an email confirmation, allowing you to manually enter the appointment or service agreement into your CRM. This process is designed to be as efficient as managing referrals received via phone, email, or other methods, minimising administrative tasks related to calendar management.

Absolutely! Once your profile is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email followed by a Quick Start Guide. This guide assists in setting up your company and clinician profiles step-by-step. Providers appear in order of best fit. As users specify their needs during the booking process, the system displays providers who best meet these criteria. In cases where multiple providers meet the specified availability, the one closest to the user’s location will be listed first, followed by others in order of proximity.
Our platform is designed to accommodate mobile clinicians who work across various locations on different days. When setting up your service areas and availability, you can establish custom rules to specify different locations for different days and times.
Additionally, you can enable block out times around appointments to account for travel, ensuring you are not overbooked. This feature allows you to manage travel times effectively, whether you’re conducting rural outreach or visiting clients in different urban areas. By customising your availability and incorporating travel time, you ensure that your services remain bookable and accessible to clients, no matter where you are scheduled to be.
As a provider on our platform, you will have access to the client’s profile and relevant documents once a booking is made. This access allows you to thoroughly review the client’s specific needs and prepare appropriately for the appointment. Should you identify any adjustments or additional preparations that are necessary, you are encouraged to proactively reach out to the client after the booking.
Moreover, you can set a lead time between the time of booking and the first appointment. This interval can be used to undertake an additional intake session if you believe it will aid in better understanding and meeting the client’s needs. This structured approach ensures you are well-prepared to provide personalised and effective care, establishing yourself as the best fit for the client.
