How do you screen providers?

At Connector Co, we take provider quality seriously. We meet with every provider in person or through a face-to-face virtual meeting to ensure they align with our values and standards. We conduct a meet and greet with all providers prior to onboarding. Each provider then undergoes a thorough 1:1 onboarding process, which includes verification of insurance and a detailed quality check, ensuring they are qualified and reliable for participants’ needs.

What if I can’t sign the service agreement on behalf of the participant?

If you’re unable to sign the service agreement on behalf of your participant, no problem. When making your booking, simply select ‘Send for Signing’, which will allow you to send the agreement directly to the participant or their nominee. You can also edit the message that accompanies the agreement to personalise it for the recipient.
