Why build Connector Co?

The Frustration of Booking NDIS Health Services
Excessive Delays
Referral platforms often take up to 48 hours to provide a basic list of providers. Participants then face additional delays in confirming availability.
Lack of Real-Time Updates
Participants and support coordinators lack transparency when booking appointments, leading to errors or missed services.
Complicated Administrative Process
Navigating NDIS funding and approvals adds an unnecessary burden on participants and coordinators.
Inconsistent Provider Availability
Finding an available provider who meets the participant’s needs is often time-consuming and frustrating.

No Real-Time Availability
Referral services are slow, with a 48-hour turnaround just to provide contacts – without real-time confirmation of provider availability.

Delayed Responses
Existing platforms are slow to respond, leaving participants and coordinators to wait for provider lists with no confirmation of availability.

No Direct Integration with Providers
Referral services often lack direct contact between participants and providers, further complicating the process.
